We want subscriptions to feel straightforward. This policy explains when refunds may be available for OnAirCue purchases, trials, and subscriptions.
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to continue.
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless required by law or approved as an exception by our support team.
Contact support@onaircue.com with your account email, billing date, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider and usually appears within several business days.
We may update this policy occasionally. The version posted on this page is the one that applies to your purchase unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
