Our Refund Approach

We want subscriptions to feel straightforward. This policy explains when refunds may be available for OnAirCue purchases, trials, and subscriptions.

Trial Periods

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the subscription to continue.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, unless required by law or approved as an exception by our support team.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered for accidental duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional situations.
Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund only where required by applicable law or specifically approved by us.

How to Request One

Contact support@onaircue.com with your account email, billing date, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests as quickly as possible.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider and usually appears within several business days.
